Common questions
Do you need to visit my site to give a quote?
No. A few photos or a short video of each area, plus the rough size and how often you want it cleaned, is usually enough for a fixed price. If anything's unclear, we'll ask, or we can do a 15-minute call.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Recurring service runs on your schedule, and you can change the frequency or stop with reasonable notice.
How often can you clean?
Weekly, twice a week, fortnightly or monthly. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-off cleans, because your space stays in good shape between visits.
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner working with JBM has a current police check, and our teams have more than five years of experience in commercial and end-of-lease cleaning.
Can you clean after hours?
Yes. Early mornings, evenings and weekends can all be arranged so cleaning never gets in the way of your staff or customers.
